We\u2019re excited to see what this school year has in store for us. A group of moms started the Special Education PTSO in 2023 with the goal of creating more opportunities, support, and connection for our students and families\u2014and we need&nbsp;<strong>your help to keep it going!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-07a3340019fae3ea9b8f57373ea6ce1c\">Our PTSO relies on families and community members who are willing to share their time, ideas, and talents. Whether you can help at an event, donate supplies, join a planning committee, or simply lend a hand when you\u2019re available,&nbsp;<strong>every bit of help makes a difference.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-2c8c8bf0a075800e3b7feec9888a3ac4\">You don\u2019t have to commit to everything\u2014we\u2019d love to have you involved in whatever way works for you! We strive to provide support, information, resources and education. We connect, share, celebrate, advocate, and grow a sense of community and inclusion in Camas. We are a parent volunteer based group here to support other parents, caregivers and their families.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Goals<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Create partnerships between educators, parents, students and the community<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide support, information, resources, Awareness, Advocacy and education<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create a more inclusive community where we can connect and spread awareness<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Upcoming Events<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-3beedc9130009f98d3e940db9bfe2053\"><strong>Get-To-Gather Farm Pumpkin Patch.<\/strong>&nbsp;Tuesday, Oct 6th. Entry from 5-6 PM, event ending at 7:30 PM. 1913 SE 303rd Ave, Washougal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-e2961d625024b95c7e9c6bd3e900a2f5\">Join us for a fun and inclusive&nbsp;<strong>Pumpkin Patch Day at Get-To-Gather Farm!&nbsp;<\/strong>This special event is designed for<strong>&nbsp;children and young adults with disabilities and their families and friends&nbsp;<\/strong>in mind.
